Savage Elite Fitness aims to provide a safe, professional, respectful, and high-quality training environment. These House Rules apply to all members, guests, visitors, trainers, and other persons at the facility.
1.Access and check-in
- Check in through the designated method on every visit.
- A membership, account, card, or QR code is personal.
- Do not allow another person to enter through your access without permission.
- Guests must register at reception and follow the guest procedure.
- Savage may request identification.
- Access outside applicable opening hours is prohibited.
- Follow staff and security directions.
2.Respectful conduct
Treat members, guests, trainers, and staff with respect.
The following are prohibited:
- violence, threats, or aggression;
- harassment, bullying, or discrimination;
- sexual harassment or unwanted touching;
- insulting, degrading, or intimidating language;
- deliberately disrupting another person’s training;
- conduct that makes others feel unsafe or seriously uncomfortable.
Serious conduct may result in immediate removal, suspension, or termination.
3.Clothing and personal hygiene
- Wear clean and suitable sports clothing.
- Wear closed sports shoes unless different footwear is expressly allowed in a designated area.
- Do not train barefoot outside designated areas.
- Use a clean towel on benches, mats, and equipment with direct body contact.
- Clean used contact surfaces with the provided materials.
- Be considerate regarding personal hygiene and strong odors.
- Clothing with offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate text or images is prohibited.
4.Equipment
- Use equipment only as intended and instructed.
- Ask for help if you do not know how a machine works.
- Check that equipment is correctly set before use.
- Do not move equipment without permission.
- Do not remove or bypass safety features.
- Do not use equipment marked defective or out of service.
- Report defects, loose parts, and dangerous conditions immediately.
- Do not occupy equipment unnecessarily.
- During busy periods, reasonably allow others to alternate.
5.Weights and strength training
- Re-rack weights, bars, and accessories after use.
- Do not leave weights or materials in walkways.
- Use collars, safeties, and spotters where required.
- Drop weights only where and when Savage expressly allows it.
- Throwing or uncontrolled dropping of weights is prohibited.
- Do not block walkways, emergency exits, or other equipment.
- Use chalk only where permitted and clean it afterward.
- Train within your technical level and capacity.
6.Health and safety
- Do not train when seriously ill, feverish, or contagious.
- Do not train under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or substances affecting safe movement.
- Stop for chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, loss of consciousness, acute pain, or other concerning symptoms.
- Report an accident, injury, or medical emergency immediately.
- Follow all directions during fire, alarm, evacuation, or another incident.
- Keep emergency exits, fire equipment, and safety devices clear.
- Do not take risks that endanger yourself or others.
- Inform your trainer of relevant limitations where needed for safe guidance.
7.Group classes
- Reserve in advance where required.
- Arrive on time.
- A trainer may refuse late entry where it disrupts the class or safety.
- Inform the trainer of relevant injuries or limitations.
- Follow the class structure and trainer’s directions.
- Use assigned materials and return them afterward.
- Cancel on time if you cannot attend.
- Repeated no-shows may result in a temporary booking restriction or a previously disclosed charge.
8.Personal training and commercial activity
- Only Savage-authorized trainers may offer commercial training or coaching.
- Paid or systematic coaching by members is prohibited without permission.
- Payments for Savage services must use approved channels.
- Sales, promotion, surveys, and active solicitation at the facility require prior permission.
9.Phones, audio, and conversations
- Use headphones or earbuds for personal audio.
- Do not play music or video aloud.
- Keep calls brief and take longer calls outside active training areas.
- Do not occupy equipment unnecessarily for messages, social media, or recording.
- Disable flash and sound where they may disturb others.
- Respect the focus and privacy of others.
10.Photography and video
- Photography and recording in changing rooms, showers, and toilets are strictly prohibited.
- Do not record another person in an identifiable way without permission.
- Take care not to capture others unintentionally.
- Large tripods, lighting, and professional equipment require prior permission.
- Commercial shoots, interviews, and promotional productions require written approval.
- Staff may stop recording that interferes with safety, privacy, or training.
- Remove content on a reasonable request where another person is unintentionally identifiable.
11.Changing rooms, showers, and lockers
- Respect the privacy of others.
- Use lockers as instructed and only during your visit unless otherwise allowed.
- Do not leave items after closing.
- Keep changing rooms and showers clean.
- Glass, food, and dangerous objects are prohibited.
- Leave valuable items at home where possible.
- Report suspicious activity immediately.
12.Food, drink, smoking, and substances
- Use sealable drinking bottles.
- Food is allowed only in designated areas.
- Alcohol, illegal drugs, and prohibited substances are not allowed.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the facility and in other marked smoke-free areas.
- Selling or distributing medication, supplements, or products without permission is prohibited.
- Medical waste and sharp objects must be disposed of safely and as instructed.
13.Minors
- Minors may participate only under Savage’s age and supervision rules.
- Children not taking part in an approved program may not remain unsupervised in training areas.
- Parents or guardians remain responsible for the minor’s conduct and safety.
- Certain equipment, areas, or classes may have a higher minimum age.
14.Guests
- Guests must be registered in advance or at reception.
- A guest must accept the applicable access, health, and risk declarations.
- A member bringing a guest should help ensure that the guest understands the rules.
- Savage may restrict guest access during peak periods, private activities, or for safety.
- A guest pass may not be misused as a substitute for membership.
15.Personal property and lost property
- Keep property under supervision or use a locker.
- Do not leave bags or objects in walkways or training areas.
- Hand found items to reception.
- Savage retains found property for up to 30 calendar days.
- Unclaimed items may then be donated, recycled, destroyed, or otherwise responsibly disposed of.
- Savage is liable for loss or damage only to the extent attributable to Savage under law and the Membership Terms.
16.Parking and surroundings
- Park only in permitted spaces.
- Do not block entrances, exits, emergency routes, or another person’s property.
- Drive slowly and carefully.
- Do not leave valuables visible in a vehicle.
- Respect neighbors, other businesses, and users of the area.
- Dispose of waste in the designated bins.
17.Damage and excessive mess
- Treat the facility and property with care.
- Report damage immediately.
- Intentional damage, graffiti, or excessive mess is prohibited.
- Reasonable repair, replacement, or cleaning costs may be recovered for intentional, reckless, or clearly improper conduct.
18.Staff directions
Staff may give reasonable directions concerning safety, hygiene, privacy, conduct, equipment, capacity, access, and temporary closure of areas.
Follow a safety or operational direction immediately. A concern may be raised with management afterward.
19.Breaches and action
Depending on seriousness and circumstances, Savage may:
- give a verbal or written warning;
- temporarily restrict access;
- block booking privileges;
- remove a person from the facility;
- suspend or terminate a membership;
- recover damage;
- contact security, police, emergency services, or another competent authority.
Savage may act immediately without prior warning in cases of violence, threat, theft, serious harassment, dangerous conduct, or another severe breach.
